The Last of Us is a live-action adaptation of the video game The Last Of Us Part 1 and 2.  The first episode was released on January 15, 2023, with new episodes being released every Sunday. Bella Ramsey plays Ellie the main protagonist, a 14-year-old orphan in the post-apocalypse. Pedro Pascal playing the second main protagonist Joel is a survivor of the post-apocalypse, who lost his daughter at the beginning of the outbreak.

The show starts off with the background story of Joel and his daughter, and the story continues with Joel meeting Ellie and their journey. The show is full of action and suspense, and it will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole way through. The series started off as a Play Station game the first part coming out in 2013. The series is confirmed for a second season with the first one having 10 episodes altogether.

It was a much-anticipated series release since it was said to be filming in July of 2021. There was also much anticipation for the casting of the game’s characters, and I think that Pedro and Bella make a great team for Joel and Ellie. Everyone is excited to see how the series will progress and where season 2 will take us.
